Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FloorBuddy account and its data at any time, using any of the options below.

1. In the app

1. Open FloorBuddy and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete Forever.

2. On the web portal

1. Sign in at app.floorbuddy.app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Danger Zone, click Delete Account and confirm with your password.

3. By email

If you can't sign in, email hello@floorbuddy.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request before deleting.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, password)
• Your jobs, rooms, walls, and measurements
• Your credit balance and credit usage history
• Your team memberships and pending team invites
• Teams where you are the only member
• Your marketing email subscription

Jobs you shared with a team that has other members stay with that team and are handed to the team owner. If you are the only owner of a team that still has other members, transfer ownership or remove the members first.

What we keep

Records of payments made on the web portal are kept by Stripe and in our payment logs as required for tax and accounting. Any active subscription is cancelled when you delete your account. Remaining credits are lost and cannot be refunded after deletion.

When

Deleting in the app or on the web portal takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Copies in routine server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
