1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FloorBuddy (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.FloorBuddy is operated by ListConnect LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

FloorBuddy provides augmented reality room measurement, material estimation, job management, and quote generation tools for flooring professionals. The App is available on iOS and Android devices.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use FloorBuddy. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Measurement Accuracy

AR measurements are estimates based on your device's sensors and camera. While we strive for high accuracy, FloorBuddy measurements should be verified with physical tools for critical applications. We are not liable for material shortages, overages, or installation errors resulting from AR measurements.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FloorBuddy offers both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through our web portal via Stripe. Prices are listed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limitations
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with FloorBuddy are the property of ListConnect LLC. Your measurement data and job information belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListConnect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FloorBuddy. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but provisions that should survive (liability, IP, dispute resolution) remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
